(1) the mounting support of the slewing support must be rigid enough and the mounting surface must be smooth. That is, the contact spots distributed on the tooth surface of the gear pair after running under slight braking shall be no less than 25% in the direction of gear tooth height and no less than 30% in the direction of gear tooth length; For 10 shifts of tooth surface work, debris shall be removed once and grease shall be re-applied.

(6) in order to ensure the reliability of bolt work and avoid the insufficient pre-tightening force of bolts, the pre-tightening torque of bolts should be checked respectively after the first 100 hours and 500 hours of rotary support work. After that, the pre-tightening torque should be checked every 1000 hours.

(7) the bolt and nut connecting the slewing support shall be high-strength bolt and nut of tower crane; Use double nuts to tighten and prevent loose.

(8) when tightening the nut, the thread of the bolt and the end face of the nut shall be lubricated, and the torque wrench shall be used to tighten the nut symmetrically and evenly in the circular direction for several times. When tightening for the last time, the pre-tightening torque on each bolt should be roughly uniform.

(9) four oil cups are arranged on the upper surface of the gear ring of the slewing support and aligned with the raceway, so as to add grease to the raceway. In general, the slewing bearing is lubricated once every 50 hours. Add enough oil each time until the oil oozes from the seal.
