2. Matters needing attention during tower crane jacking

C. jacking operation is strictly prohibited when the wind speed exceeds grade 4 or the wind speed specified in the manual. In the process of jacking, in case of sudden high wind, jacking operation shall be stopped immediately.

D. In the process of jacking, it is forbidden to rotate the lifting boom and move the trolley.

E. In case of jam or other faults during jacking, the machine must be stopped immediately for inspection. No jacking shall be continued until the fault is removed.

F. The operator must be concentrated and concentrate on the operation, and the probe shall not extend into the range of the introduction regulating wheel to avoid the prick caused by the sudden movement of the standard section.

G. Pay attention to check that the cable relaxation length meets the need, and strictly prevent the cable from pulling, jamming and squeezing.

H. The newly introduced standard section must be firmly connected with the upper and lower tower body before proceeding to the next jacking and adding section.

3. Matters needing attention after tower crane jacking

A. check and tighten height bolts between upper and lower tower bodies.

B. Check whether the operating handle of the hydraulic system has been set to zero.

C. Check and cut off the power supply of the hydraulic jacking system.

D. Remove the standard section that ACTS as balance on the lifting steel and contact the locking state of the special mechanism.
