Daily maintenance of metal structure parts of engineering crane spray painting once every six months to one year. The rust spot, grease and other dirt on the metal surface should be removed before painting.

1. Strictly implement the scrap standard of steel structure parts of cranes.
2. Check the metal fatigue strength, weld crack, structural deformation, damage and other conditions of the structure parts under the main stress; check the key welding seam of the structure parts under the main stress and the base material in the welding heat affected area if any abnormality is found, it shall be dealt with. The inspection of structural parts shall be carried out according to the following procedures.
