How to do well the maintenance work of tower crane slewing support device? I plant on the tower crane slewing support device maintenance work to do 9 summary, as follows:

(1) the mounting support of the slewing bearing (the seat on the lower surface of the supporting ring and the seat on the upper surface of the inner ring) must be rigid enough, and the mounting surface must be smooth.

Before assembling the slewing support, the support should be de-stressed to reduce the deformation of the slewing support. The contact surface between the support and the slewing support must be cleaned during assembly.

(2) pay attention to the change of noise and the change of rotary resistance moment in use, and disassemble and inspect if there is any abnormal phenomenon.

(3) the slewing support must be hoisted or stored horizontally, but not vertically to avoid deformation.

(4) before the bolt is completely tightened, the meshing inspection of the gear shall be carried out, and the meshing condition shall meet the requirements of gear accuracy

that is, the contact spots distributed on the tooth surface of the gear pair after running under slight braking shall be no less than 25% in the direction of the tooth height and no less than 30% in the direction of the tooth length.

(5) for 10 shifts of tooth surface work, debris shall be removed once and grease shall be re-applied.

(6) in order to ensure the reliability of bolt work and avoid the insufficient pre-tightening force of bolts, the pre-tightening torque of bolts should be checked respectively after the first 100 hours and 500 hours of rotary support work. After that, the pre-tightening torque should be checked every 1000 hours.

(7) high strength bolts and nuts are used to connect the slewing support; Use double nuts to tighten and prevent loose.

(8) when tightening the nut, lubricate the thread of the bolt and the end face of the nut, and tighten it symmetrically and evenly in the circumferential direction many times with the torque wrench.

When tightening for the last time, the pre-tightening torque on each bolt should be roughly uniform.

(9) four oil cups are arranged on the upper surface of the gear ring of the slewing support and aligned with the raceway, so as to add grease to the raceway. In general, the slewing bearing is lubricated once every 50 hours. Add enough oil each time until the oil oozes from the seal.
