Mechanical equipment technology file management system

In order to strengthen the mechanical management, fully understand the use and maintenance of single equipment, especially the establishment of mechanical equipment technology file management system.

1. All equipment of the company must be allocated by the equipment department and purchased tower cranes according to the engineering needs.

2. All equipment files (including those under maintenance) shall be established by the equipment department of the company.

3. The equipment file shall be taken to the project management department together with the equipment, and shall be kept by the mechanical and electrical foreman of the project management department, and shall be handed over to the equipment at the same time when leaving the site.

4. The establishment of equipment archives for each fixed asset equipment includes

(1) fixed assets card.

(2) equipment number.

(3) certificate of conformity, instruction manual, attached list, vulnerable parts, etc.

(4) repair and maintenance record card.

(5) equipment scrap application form

6. Equipment acceptance, installation and debugging record. Large equipment must be filled in operation records and shift records.

5. The mechanical and electrical foreman of the project must keep the equipment files well, and shall not lose, lose or damage the year-end bonus of the mechanical and electrical foreman, circulate a notice of criticism, or be dismissed if it is serious.

6. The mechanical and electrical personnel of the project must fill in the maintenance and repair records carefully and fill in the spare parts replacement form, which shall be signed by the field material staff. If the equipment is confirmed to be scrapped, the scrapping application form shall be filled in and signed and confirmed by the equipment department of the company.

7. Minor repairs and daily maintenance records shall be filled in once a month.

8, where the overhaul equipment must be strictly planned, and the summary of the reasons for the replacement and handling advice, attached spare parts replacement table, after confirming the normal maintenance, the maintenance person in charge must carry out commissioning acceptance and sign confirmation.

9. For accident maintenance, the repair record card must be marked with the accident and maintenance opinions, and other maintenance procedures are the same as article 8.
