I. determination of plane position of tower crane

1. Perpendicular to the unloading arm direction of the tower crane, the center line of the tower crane foundation should be no less than 2.8m away from the outside decorative outline of the building (the width of the foot and hand frame has been considered to be 1.2m)

2. Along the discharge arm direction of the tower crane, the center line of the tower crane foundation shall be no less than the length of the arm from the side line of the building.

4. Before installing the boom, a 2.32t balance weight must be installed on the balance arm at the break of the boom, but it is strictly prohibited to exceed this amount.

5. The installation position of the tower crane on the construction site must ensure the maximum rotating part of the tower crane, such as the safe distance between the crane arm, hook and the power line more than 5m.

6. The embedded parts for supporting poles in the building can be embedded on the columns or in the cast-in-place concrete wall plates. The embedded steel plates should be close to the floor plates and the distance should be no more than 20cm.

7. When installing and fixing the attachment rod, the theodolite must be used to check the vertical structure of the tower body, and the vertical deviation shall not be more than 3‰. If the tower body is found to be deflecting, the length of the attachment rod shall be adjusted for straightening, and the attachment rod shall be firmly installed.

8. In the use of tower cranes, each part and connection of the anchorage device shall be inspected carefully.

Three, tower crane jacking and section

Preparation

1. 7. Repeat the above steps until the required standard section is completed.

8. After the tower crane has reached the required working height by adding joints, rotate the lifting boom to different angles. When the main chord is directly below the balance arm, tighten all nuts from bottom to top of the rod.

Iv. Tower crane trial operation and test
