Tower crane belongs to open-air and high-altitude working machinery, which has a huge use space in the fields of transportation, logistics, energy and construction.

Considering that tower crane accessories are often exposed to the test of the sun and rain, it is a key issue of safe production to do a good job in the replacement of tower crane accessories.

The tower crane fittings are numerous, each fitting work function, the work intensity is different, therefore the maintenance work should also from easy to difficult, carries on according to the system.

Tower crane maintenance is divided into: daily maintenance, primary maintenance, minor repair, medium repair, overhaul.

Daily maintenance:

The work content of tower crane maintenance is different because of its type construction, which requires strict daily maintenance. Daily maintenance is carried out in each shift, and the driver is responsible for the operation.

The specific time can be carried out in the interval of the work shift, or in the process of the shift. During maintenance, the power supply must be cut off to stop the machine. Once found parts seriously wear, should be promptly shut down, shutdown, replacement.

Minor repairs

Repair
