Notes for tower crane overload test under 10% dynamic load
In order to ensure the safe operation of the tower crane, not only the overload test of 10% dynamic load of the tower crane should be carried out, but also the overload test of 25% static load should be carried out. The following are the matters needing attention during the overload test of 10% dynamic load of the tower crane

At any range, lift 110% of the corresponding rated lifting weight and do compound actions.
According to the combination of the calibrated tower height and arm length, each combination state should be 1.1 times of the maximum rated lifting weight of the corresponding range.
