(1) According to the local power supply voltage, the electrical equipment shall be correctly connected and adjusted
① Check all electrical equipment, such as motor, controller, contactor, resistor, collecting ring, fuse, over-current relay, etc. Check whether the action and operation are normal, whether the noise of the motor is normal, and whether there is grease in the bearing. Also check whether the neutral part is well grounded
② Check the insulation resistance between the three-phase windings of the motor and between each phase winding and the shell with a megger (also known as a megger), and the value shall be at least greater than 0.5m Ω. Also check the insulation of wires and cables, and wrap or replace the damaged parts.
(2) In consideration of the influence on the rated output power or the increase of input current after changing the wiring mode or changing the electrical apparatus of the motor or electrical apparatus, it is necessary to readjust the power supply protector (such as over-current protector, fuse and thermal relay).
(3) Check whether the rated working voltage of three-phase motor, electromagnet and various control appliances is consistent with the local power supply voltage. If not, make corresponding changes and adjustments, and make sure that the power supply voltage meets the use requirements of the tower crane; or change the wiring of the tower crane electrical appliances, and replace the electrical appliances with different rated voltage, so that they meet the requirements of the local power supply voltage.
