1. Fixed base section
Load the four load-bearing plates into the pre-embedded ground anchor bolts, and adjust the four load-bearing plates to a horizontal plane by adjusting the nuts. Under the bearing plate, insert steel pads of required thickness to lift the fixed foundation joints onto the bearing plate and fix them with nuts.
