Daily maintenance of metal structure parts of crane: spray paint every six months to one year. Rust, oil and other dirt on the metal surface shall be removed before painting.

1. Strictly implement the scrapping standard of crane steel structure.
2. Check the metal fatigue strength, weld crack, structural deformation, damage and other conditions of the main stressed structural parts, check the key welds of the main stressed structural parts and the base metal of the welding heat affected zone, and handle if any abnormality is found. The inspection of structural parts shall be carried out according to the following procedures.
(a) daily inspection of tower crane: daily inspection shall be carried out every 80 hours. The tower crane driver shall check the fastening of bolts at each connecting part during shift handover, and fasten them in time in case of looseness.
(b) in case of any abnormal sound or misoperation of the tower crane, or failure of the safety protection device of the tower crane, it shall be inspected and recorded.

(c) when a project is completed and the steps of tower crane dismantling are introduced, engineering technicians and professional maintenance personnel shall conduct detailed inspection and make records.
3. Try to prevent structural parts from deformation and collision damage during transportation.
4. Spray paint once every six months to one year. Rust, oil and other dirt on the metal surface shall be removed before painting.
