(1) preparation

(2) overall installation
Install the walking mechanism, door frame and weight according to the procedure specified in the manual. The lifting boom is inserted on the support shaft of the platform of the door frame, and the tower body and tower cap are assembled on the battlements according to the horizontal assembly dimensions of the tower body, so that the tower body is on the battlements, and its axis is roughly parallel to the ground.
(3) wear wire rope
The hoist wire rope is fixed on the crane head through the pulley block from the cab to the tower cap. The total length of the rope and the distance between the two pulley blocks shall be determined by calculation.

The controller, limit switch and other electrical equipment should be checked. The mobile control panel in the control room should be removed and mounted on the outdoor bracket for easy operation when the tower is erected.
