The installation, disassembly and use of  tower crane must be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant operation requirements in the operation manual. The distance between the construction wall and the outside of the main body is 3000, the free height above the wall is strictly forbidden to be too high, and the distance between the wall and the main body is strictly forbidden to be greater than the requirements of the operation manual.

Article 1 the tower crane driver shall have received professional training, passed the examination and obtained the operation certificate according to the regulations of relevant departments, and shall be required to understand the working principle of the tower crane, be familiar with the structure of the machine, the function of each safety device and its adjustment method, and master the operation method and maintenance technology of various properties of the machine.

Article 2 the tower crane must be operated by a licensed professional. Non-driver personnel are not allowed to operate the tower crane. Special personnel should be assigned to direct the operation.

Article 3 before the operation, the track shall be inspected. The track shall be straight without settlement and the track bolts shall be loose. Obstacles on the track shall be removed.

Article 4 the amplitude indicator, torque limiter and all kinds of travel limit switches and other safety protection devices of the crane must be complete, complete, sensitive and reliable, and shall not be adjusted or dismantled at will. Article 5 before lifting, no-load operation shall be carried out to check the brakes and safety limit devices of various institutions such as walking, slewing, hoisting and amplitude changing. Protective device, etc., confirm normal before operation.

Article 6 when operating each controller, it shall operate successively step by step. Overstep operation is strictly prohibited. When changing the direction of operation, the controller should be turned to zero. When the motor stops rotating, it should be turned to the other direction. The operation should be smooth.

Article 7 during operation, the driver's cab window shall be opened and the command signal shall be paid attention to. The drivers cab shall have fire prevention and electric shock prevention measures.

Article 8 in lifting operations, no one shall stay or pass under the heavy objects. It is strictly prohibited to lift objects with excessive load or unknown weight.

Article 9 when lifting heavy objects, they shall be tied firmly and steadily. No slanting objects shall be pulled, no staggered extrusion objects shall be pulled, no buried objects shall be lifted or frozen to the ground, no scattered objects shall be piled or hung on the heavy objects.

Article 10 when hoisting in rainy days, the hoisting shall be tested first, and only after confirming that the brake is sensitive and reliable can the operation be carried out.

Article 11 when something is suspended in the air, the driver and the crane shall not leave their posts.

Article 12 when the crane is approaching the limit switch on the track, it shall slow down to the stop position in advance, and the distance between the hook and the top of the boom shall not be less than meters.

Article 13 when operating multiple machines, attention shall be paid to maintaining the operating distance of each machine. The distance between the hanging weights on the hooks of each machine shall not be less than 3 meters.

Article 14 the operation shall be stopped in case of gale force six or above, heavy rain, fog or thunderstorm.

Article 15 after the completion of the operation, the tower crane shall be parked in the middle of the track, the hook and the trolley shall be moved to the root of the lifting arm, the arm shall not be too high, shall be turned to the air source, the rotary brake shall be relaxed, the rail clamp shall be tightened, and the power shall be cut off.

Article 16 the driver must carefully record the use, repair, maintenance and shift taking of the crane, carry out regular maintenance of the machinery, and do a good job of equipment cross operation .

Article 17 jack-up tower cranes shall also comply with the following provisions:

(1) when lifting objects, the balance center of gravity must be moved to the specified position.

(2) the special elevator is limited to 3 people at a time. When the boom turns or the lifting operation, it is strictly prohibited to start the elevator.

(3) before jacking, it is necessary to check the connection of all components of the hydraulic jacking system, adjust the clearance between the climbing rack roller and the tower body, then loosen the cable, the length of which is slightly greater than the jacking height, and tighten the cable reel.

(4) the jacking operation must be under the command of a special person. Non-operators are not allowed to board the operation platform of the jacking jacket. Only one person is allowed to operate in the operating room, and the signal command shall be strictly followed.

(5) during jacking, the crane trolley and balancing weight shall be moved close to the tower cap, and the lifting arm and balancing arm shall be in a state of balance, and the rotating part shall be braking. It is forbidden to turn the arm and other operations.

(6) when jacking to the specified height, the tower must be attached to the building to continue jacking.

(7) after the completion of jacking, all connection bolts should be tightened according to the specified distance of force, the climbing sleeve roller should be in good agreement with the tower body, the left and right joysticks should be in the middle position, and cut off the power supply of the hydraulic jacking mechanism.

Article 18 crawler tower cranes shall also comply with the following provisions

(1) the ground must be flat and solid. When the crane is working, driving or parking, it should keep a safe distance from the ditch and foundation pit. It should not be parked on the slope.

(2) the erection of the tower should be slow, in front of the track to add iron wedge pad. When the tower body is firm to 90 degrees, the anti-roll device shall be loose, and the tower body shall not collide with the anti-roll device.

(3) it is strictly prohibited to walk with load. The tower body should lean forward slightly when empty vehicle is walking, and it is not allowed to make sharp turns and rotate the upper body when driving. If the turning radius is too small, it should turn in different times.

(4) after the completion of the operation, the tower should be put down and the rotating mechanism should be locked
