1) responsibilities of engineering manager

A) to review matters related to tower crane installation, including work plan, selection of tower crane installation location, work procedures and supervision. It should also include consultations with other supporting units (such as car cranes) and ensure collaboration with the relevant units where necessary.

B) arrange a comprehensive inspection and inspection of the tower crane, and confirm that the tower crane has been maintained as required.

The installation supervisor shall not leave the site during the whole installation/disassembly and climbing process of the tower crane. In addition to the duties of tower crane installer, the tower crane installation supervisor also has the following duties

A) manage all erection personnel and operators of relevant auxiliary hoisting equipment that may be used during installation disassembly.

B) provide technical measures to ensure the operation of the tower crane according to the installation work plan of the tower crane.

C) ensure that the ancillary facilities of the tower crane are completely consistent with the installation report.

D) verify that all installation personnel are equipped with necessary tools and personal security protection equipment.

E) ensure the correct installation of channel equipment along with the installation process, so as to facilitate the use of the installer. In particular
