What are the inspection requirements and deformation reasons of tower crane steel structure

The deformation of tower crane steel structure includes local bending deformation, distortion and eccentricity. According to the requirements for deformation inspection of tower crane steel structure, the deformation shall be deemed as exceeding the following range:

1. The straightness tolerance of the bar along the full length longitudinal axis is 1/750.

2. The deformation of the main chord in use shall not be greater than 3‰ ~ 5‰.

3. The web bar deformation shall not be greater than 2 ~ 4mm.

4. The hole pitch error of rod connection bolts shall not exceed 1/2 of the assembly clearance, and the roundness error of screw holes shall not exceed l/2 of the assembly clearance.
