What problems should be paid attention to in the construction of electrical system of tower crane? Tower crane electrical system construction notes: cable is not allowed to tow, safe distance, electrical connection, grounding, etc.

1. The tower crane cable is not allowed to walk on the ground, the cable reel with tensioning device shall be installed, and the cable shall be wound automatically along with the tower crane traveling reel to prevent the cable from rubbing against the sleepers or being wound by debris on the track.

2. The safe distance between the overhead line on the construction site and the tower crane shall be in accordance with the temporary power consumption regulations: "the minimum horizontal distance between any part of the rotary boom crane or the edge of the overhead line below 10kV shall not be less than 2m.   

When the distance is less than this, protective frame should be set up as required, and 36V colored bulb (or red bulb) should be used during night construction. When the operating radius of the crane passes above the overhead line, protective measures should also be taken above the line.

3. Repeat grounding of tower crane should be set at both ends of the track. For the longer track, add a group of grounding devices every 30m. The two rails shall be connected by rebar or flat iron, and the joints of the rails shall be connected by wires.

4. The zero and ground wires of the tower crane must be separated. The power line can be sent to the distribution box at the rail end of the tower crane, from which the PE line is connected to the repeated grounding line of the rail, that is, the PE line is connected to the equipment shell through the rail wheel.

5. When the scene using TT system, tower crane should be grounded, the resistance is not greater than 4 Ω; When using TN system, except for protection by zero, should also be made to the rules and regulations of temporary electricity repeat grounding, its resistance value is not more than 10 Ω
