Article 1 general provisions

 In strict accordance with the disassembly and assembly process procedures for operation, installation and disassembly personnel close cooperation, the captain and safety officer carefully monitor the safety and quality.

Article 2 quality inspection before installation of tower crane

1. Before installation, the maintenance team shall conduct comprehensive inspection, overhaul and maintenance of the tower crane.

2. Conduct ground test for various mechanisms to check lubrication, noise, smooth operation and protective devices, etc.

3. Clean pin shaft, connection bolt and other installation accessories.

4, check the wire rope, limit device, stroke switch, hydraulic pump station is good.

5. Check whether the circuit of electric control box and linkage table is correct.

6. The installation personnel shall observe the geographical environment and installation conditions before entering the site, make arrangements for the installation site, and obtain the approval and assistance of the construction unit.

7. check the foundation, chassis (or fixed foot) to find a good level.

Article 3 quality control of tower crane installation

1. boom, pull rod, tower standard section pin shaft, do not allow a mistake.

2. The connecting pin shaft shall be sliding fit, gently pulled in, and hard knocks are strictly prohibited.

3. Remove flying burrs on mating surface and apply lubricating oil.

4. The wire rope of the mechanism must be correctly wound to prevent friction between the wire rope and structural parts.

5. The connecting bolts of standard section and foundation section must be properly matched.

6. The safety device tower must be debugged after completion to play its due protective role.

7. During the whole process, the safety officer and the team leader must be present and solve the problems in time.

Article 4 add standard pre-section quality inspection of tower crane

1. Check the connection between fixed foot and foundation section.

2. Check the gap between the guide wheel of the jacket frame and whether the jacket frame is at the center of the tower.

3. Check the deviation of the installation position of the oil cylinder, and check that the pressure of the relief valve in the hydraulic station is within the range.

4. Check the climbing beam and whether the introduction beam is correct.

Article 6 quality control of tower cranes installed on site

1. installation team sent installation personnel, must be designated and clear.

3. No-load test, lifting test, organize acceptance, handle handover procedures, and sign by both parties.

Article 7 demolition management of tower cranes

1. Before the demolition of the tower crane, fully understand and check the faults and problems found in the use of the tower crane, find out the reasons and make records.

2. Disassemble and operate according to the instruction.

3. Disassembled connecting parts (pin shaft) shall be boxed and kept, and shall not be lost.
