Installation and disassembly of tower crane

1. Preparation before installation

2. Requirements for installation and disassembly

(2) in the process of installation and disassembly, operators working at height should wear safety helmet and safety belt, and operators working on the ground should wear safety helmet.

(4) after the assembly of the tower crane, the cotter pins on the connecting pin shafts must be opened, the shaft end clamp plate must be tightened, and the nuts on the connecting bolts must be tightened as required by the tightening torque, and the lock nut must be tightened.

The connection and fastener shall be coated with appropriate anti-rust oil.
