1. Maximum rated load test
Normal lifting maximum rated lifting weight , lifting weight limiter should not operate, lifting is allowed.
After loading to 110%, the load shall be lifted at the slowest speed. The lifting weight limiter shall operate and cut off the power supply of all stop lifting loops. The load shall not be lifted and the alarm signal shall be output.
2. Speed limit test
For the lifting mechanism with multiple gears and different lifting weights, each gear should be tested with the same method as 1.
