3. Disassembly process

4. Horizontal movement of parts on the floor
After the parts of the tower crane are lifted to the floor, steel pipes are placed below the parts, which are pulled by the 3t hoist or manually pushed to complete the horizontal movement, so that the parts of the tower crane are moved to the designated place one by one.
Installation of the mast crane

(4) lowering process of tower crane parts from the top surface

To prevent the lifting boom or balancing arm from hitting the glass curtain wall, the lifting point is set at two thirds of each decomposed lifting boom or balancing arm.
6) lower tower lifting cap: as the height of the tower cap is relatively high, the lifting point is two-thirds of the height of the tower cap.
7) lower hanging rotary tower body, upper and lower support, standard section of tower body, steel beam and internal climbing frame, etc.
8) remove the hoist, distribution box and cab: after all parts of the tower crane are lifted to the ground, remove the hoist, distribution box and cab and transport them from the construction hoist to the ground.
Because the hoist is heavy, it needs to be disassembled into three parts before it can be transported from the construction hoist.
9) disassemble the mast crane: the order of disassembly is to disassemble the hook, wire rope disassemble the hanger rod of the mast crane disassemble the four inclined poles of the mast crane tower disassemble the tower body disassemble the slewing support disassemble the base disassemble the four balance arms of the base.
After all parts and components of the mast crane are disassembled, they will be transported from the construction elevator to the ground construction elevator. Each part of the mast crane shall not exceed 3m in length and 2t in weight.
10) the tower crane parts of the lower crane shall be matched with the 25t truck crane on the ground, and shall be loaded and transported in time for the next part to be lowered.
