2. The normal working temperature of tower crane is + 40 ℃, - 20 ℃, and the wind speed is lower than 20 m / sec. In case of thunderstorm, dense fog, strong wind and other severe weather, the crane shall be stopped immediately.
3. The operators shall strictly implement the operation procedures, carefully carry out the safety inspection and maintenance before, during and after the crane work, and strictly prohibit the machinery from running with faults. After the work is completed, ensure that the crane arm rotates freely with the wind.
4. 5. The crane shall be inspected, maintained and maintained frequently. The rotating part shall be provided with enough lubricating oil. The vulnerable parts must be inspected, maintained and replaced frequently. The bolts of the machine, especially the vibrating parts, shall be inspected for looseness. If there is looseness, they shall be tightened in time.
6. Each mechanical brake shall be checked and adjusted frequently, and there shall be no dirt on the friction surface. The lubrication and hydraulic oil of reducer, gearbox, gear and other parts shall be carried out according to the lubrication requirements.

7. Pay attention to check whether the wire rope of each part is broken or loose. If it exceeds the relevant regulations, it must be replaced immediately.
8. Use hydraulic oil to refuel and change oil in strict accordance with the provisions in the lubrication table, and clean the inside of the oil tank. Check whether the filter is blocked or not, and whether the adjustment value of the safety valve is changed after use. Check whether the oil pump, oil cylinder and control valve leak oil. If any abnormality is found, remove it in time.

11.
