2. Grounding resistance: the grounding wire shall be reliably connected, and the resistance measured with the grounding resistance tester shall not exceed 4 Ω
3. Motor slip ring and carbon brush: clear the dust on the motor slip ring frame and copper head, check that the carbon brush should contact evenly, and the spring pressure should be appropriate. If the carbon brush is worn more than 1 / 2, replace the carbon brush.
4. Electrical components distribution box: check the electrical components of each part, the contact shall be free of poor contact, the wiring shall be tight, and the resistance connection in the resistance box shall be free of looseness.
5. Motor zeroing and wires and cables: all motors shall be connected tightly without looseness, wires and cables for lighting and electrical equipment shall be free of damage and aging, otherwise they shall be replaced.

6. Straightness of track gauge and straightness of two tracks: each sleeper spike shall not be loose, sleeper and rail shall be close to each other without sagging space, fishplate connecting screws of rail joint shall be complete, and fastening bolts shall meet the requirements. The allowable error of track rules shall not be more than one thousandth of the nominal value, and shall not be more than ± 6mm. The gap between rail joints shall not be greater than 4mm. The height difference between two rail tops at the joint shall not be greater than 2mm. After the installation of the tower crane, the inclination of the rail top in the vertical and horizontal directions shall not be more than three thousandths for the upper slewing tower crane. For the next turning tower crane, it shall not be more than 5 / 1000. During the whole track, the height difference between any two points on the top of the track shall not be greater than 10 mm.
7. Fasten the wire rope clamps: the clamps at both ends of the wire rope, such as lifting, luffing, balance arm, cable, trolley traction, are not damaged or loose, and are firmly fixed.
8. Lubricating pulley and steel wire rope: lubricating the moving pulley, fixed pulley, tension pulley and guide pulley of hoisting, luffing, slewing, trolley traction and other steel wire ropes. Lubricate and dip coat steel wire rope every two months
9. Attachment device: whether the structure and link of the attachment device are firm and reliable.
10. Pin shaft positioning: check the pin shaft positioning, especially the boom connecting pin shaft.
11. Hydraulic components and pipelines: check the hydraulic pump, operation valve, balance valve and pipelines. If there is leakage, remove it, replace the pressure gauge if it is damaged, and clean the hydraulic filter.
