The crane is powered by hydraulic pressure and equipped with various hydraulic devices. Therefore, if the operation and maintenance rules are not observed, it is not only impossible to give full play to its due performance, but also shorten the service life of the parts. Therefore, the following items must be observed during operation.

1. All kinds of machine parts, especially all devices of hydraulic system, must be free of dirt. After operation, be sure to clean up the dust and oil.
2. The water and impurities in the hydraulic oil tank shall be removed from the oil drain at the bottom every half a month, and all hydraulic oil shall be replaced every other year (or 2000h after operation) (if the oil does not deteriorate, the oil change period can be appropriately extended). When the crane works in a very bad environment, the oil change cycle should be shortened accordingly.
3. After working for 250h, the filter element of oil filter shall be inspected and cleaned or replaced if necessary.

4. All valves of the hydraulic system have been fully tested before leaving the factory, and the pressure and flow have been adjusted, and must not be touched casually.
5. Before operation, the oil tank level window shall determine whether the hydraulic oil is fully filled according to the regulations. If it is lower than the specified marking, it must be supplemented. When refuelling, it must be injected through the refuelling filter screen, and pay great attention not to mix different brands of oil or water and other impure characteristics.
