1. Lubrication of transmission parts: the lubrication cycle of each transmission type shall be carried out according to the maintenance routine of general construction machinery.
2. All transmission parts and seals in the hydraulic system shall be replaced in strict accordance with the specifications and models in the manual.
3. Maintenance of electrical system.
4. Check all cables and wires regularly to see if they are damaged. Wrap and replace the damaged parts in time.
5. Stop the motor or transformer in time in case of overheating, and continue to operate after troubleshooting. The motor bearing shall be well lubricated.
6. All control boxes shall be kept clean and dust on electrical equipment shall be cleaned in time.
7. The opening and closing of the contact head of the travel switch of each safety device must be reliable, and the contact crater shall be polished in time.
8. Check the grounding resistance of each protection twice to ensure it is no more than 4 ohms.
9. Other maintenance:
(1) All open transmission gears and other transmission parts, if stained with sand, mortar and other debris, must be cleaned.
(2) All electrical control boxes, linkage tables, etc. must be kept clean and cleaned of dust and dirt in time.
(3) Pay attention to check whether the wire rope at each part is broken or loose. If it exceeds the relevant regulations, it must be replaced immediately.
(4) In the process of transportation and installation, try to prevent the metal structure from collision, damage and deformation. If there is any damage and deformation, it can only be installed and used after it is repaired and adjusted to be qualified, especially for the standard section frame.
(5) In addition to daily repair and maintenance of metal structure, all connecting bolts of components must be repaired and maintained regularly. After every 1000 hours of use, they must be re tightened with spanner. The metal structure shall be painted once every 1-2 years.
