L68B1 Mast Section Operation steps and precautions
① Connect each contactor respectively, dial corresponding limit switch and normally closed contact of over-current relay in order to check its ability to cut off control current.
② After the main contactor is connected, turn the safety protection contact (such as height limiter, weight limiter and torque limiter), and then start the lifting mechanism. At this time, it should not move. It indicates that the safety device and its connected circuit are normal.
③ Turn any control handle to the working position, and then press the "start" button, the main contactor shall not act, which means that the zero position protection has played a role.
④ Turn all operating handles to the middle position, press the "start" button, check the action of the main contactor, and then press the "stop" button, the main contactor shall jump open.
