1. Before the inspection, obvious signboards shall be set at the entrance and exit of each floor;
2. Check the elevator operation recorded in the duty diary;
3. Check that the fluctuation of power supply voltage and full load operation voltage is not more than plus or minus 5%;

4. Check whether the cables are stacked neatly in the cage and whether they are damaged;
5. Check whether the control and touch buttons have action policies;
6. Check whether the limit switch is safe and reliable;
7. Observe that the cage operation channel shall be free of obstacles;
8. Check the meshing clearance between gear and rack to ensure the side clearance is 0.2-0.3mm;
9. Check the oil leakage and add new oil if necessary;
10. If any part needs to be repaired, report to the relevant technical leader in time and then repair;
11. Record and date the problems found in the shift day.
