1. 2. The installation unit shall provide and approve the construction organization design. 3. The project department shall collect the factory certificate of raw materials, components, accessories and equipment related to the tower crane.
4. Before the installation and removal of the tower crane, the project department shall sign a safety agreement with the installation unit to clarify the safety management responsibilities of both parties. According to the requirements of tower crane construction organization design, and in combination with the contents of environment / safety system, organize relevant personnel to do a good job in safety technical disclosure.
5. The project department shall timely arrange and supervise the relevant operators to do a good job in the installation, maintenance and removal of the tower crane, and organize the tower crane installation unit and relevant personnel to participate in the inspection and acceptance work of the project department.

6. After the completion of tower crane installation or structural change, the project department must organize relevant personnel to do a good job in tower crane commissioning and related test and inspection. After the inspection and acceptance is qualified, the crane can be put into use only after hanging the signs such as qualification plate, load limit plate, warning plate, safety technical operation procedure plate, etc.
7. After the tower crane is installed, the project department shall organize the person in charge of the installation unit to jointly carry out the acceptance. After the acceptance, it shall be reported to the technical supervision department and the labor department for acceptance. It can only be used after passing the acceptance.
