L68A1 Mast Section Briefly introduce the preparation, installation steps and operation points of tower crane installation
(1) Preparations
Check whether the subgrade and track laying meet the requirements, bury the ground anchor, and determine the position of the ground anchor according to the rotating lifting direction of the tower and the total height of the tower body.
(2) Integral installation
According to the procedures required in the manual, install the traveling mechanism, gantry and pressing iron. Insert the lifting arm on the support shaft of gantry platform, build the wooden pier according to the assembly dimension of the tower body lying down, and assemble the tower body and tower cap, so that the tower body is on the wooden pier, and its axis is roughly parallel to the ground.
(3) Wire rope threading
The hoist wire rope is fixed at the head of the crane through the pulley block from the cab to the tower cap. The total length of the rope and the distance between the two pulley blocks shall be determined by calculation.
(4) In front of the tower
The controller, limit switch and other electrical equipment shall be inspected, and the movable control panel in the control room shall be removed and installed on the outdoor support to facilitate the operation when the tower is erected.
(5) Erect the tower
After inspection, it is confirmed that the situation is normal. Continue to start the winch to make the tower body stand stably, and the steel wire rope at the auxiliary ground anchor will be loose.
