Power supply mode and protection measures of tower crane
308v, 50Hz three-phase five wire exchange power supply is generally used for tower crane power supply. The power supply at construction site shall meet the power demand of "three-level power distribution, two-level maintenance". The tower crane shall be equipped with a special switch box, and the voltage stability of the power supply system at the access of the tower crane shall not exceed ± 10% of the additional value. The power supply capacity shall meet the minimum power supply capacity of tower crane. The insulation resistance of energy appliances and control circuits to the ground shall not be less than 0.5m.
The tower crane shall be provided with short-circuit, over-current, under voltage, over-voltage and voltage loss protection, zero position protection, wrong phase and open phase protection of power supply.
The electric control cabinet (special switch box) shall be equipped with a door lock. There shall be electrical schematic diagram or wiring diagram, operation instigation, etc. inside the door, and there shall be warning signs of electric danger outside the door. The protection level shall not be lower than IP44.
Tower crane emergency stop button
The operation and installation of the tower crane shall be controlled by the linkage platform individually, and the emergency stop button shall be set. Before the tower crane works, the operating handle of each mechanism must be placed at the zero position to prevent misoperation. In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button of tower crane to end all actions.
