1. Preparation before installation
A. Understanding of site layout and soil conditions and clearing of surrounding obstacles.
B. The location of the crane is determined according to the layout of the building.
C. Prepare for hoisting mechanical sleepers, wood wedges, and sufficient amounts of lead wire, sleepers, hoisting wire ropes, rope clasps and other commonly used tools.
2. Install Basement
A. Ground foot bolt press, etc. will be secured on the foundation to find flat.
B. Installation standard section. The standard lifting section is on the bottom shelf(note that the claw direction is parallel to the building).
Connect the standard section to the base of the base with a high strength bolt(one bolt for each set of high strength bolts with two gaskets and two nuts). Hang another standard section and attach it to the standard section below. The pretightening force of the high-strength bolt is 35.5 T and the pretightening torque is 2000 N.m. The vertical deviation of the two standard sections to the base plane shall not be greater than 1/500 of the measured height.
