First, check whether the subgrade and track laying meet the requirements, bury the ground anchor, and determine the position of the ground anchor according to the rotating lifting direction of the tower, the total height of the tower body, etc.
Secondly, the ground anchor is divided into main ground anchor and auxiliary ground anchor. The main ground anchor is the key to the erection of the tower body. The main ground anchor bears all the load of the rotating lifting tower body, and the ground anchor still needs to be used when the tower is dismantled, so it must be buried carefully to make it reach the required bearing capacity, and anti-corrosion treatment shall be done. The center of the ground anchor wheel must be consistent with the center of the gauge, so as to ensure that the tower body always rotates along the center surface of the gauge during the lifting process, without eccentricity, so as to make the gantry evenly stressed. The role of auxiliary ground anchor is to loosen the steel wire rope as it rotates when the tower body is lifted. This anchor is used as the anchor point of the steel wire rope to prevent the tower body from collapsing in the opposite direction in the process of rotation.
