1. Check the adequacy of fuel for the engine(or starter).
2. Check the adequacy of the water tank.
3. Check that the engine(or starter) has sufficient oil in the bottom shell.
4. Check that the oil in the control box is sufficient.
5. Check engine performance for oil leaks, leaks, leaks, and more frequent tapping sounds. Low and high speeds need to work well.
6. Check the condition of the wire rope, especially the fastening of the connection.
7. Check whether batteries, generators, motors, speakers and lights are in good condition.
8. Check that the instruments are in good condition(as specified in the factory instructions for various machines).
9. The lubricating oil shall be added by each department according to the lubrication period, lubrication site and oil used in various mechanical lubrication charts.
10. Inspection of the work of institutions such as clutches, rotary walking mechanisms on brakes, lifting arms, pulleys, hooks, etc.. And carry on the operation test, if the fault is found, it should be removed in time.
