(1) The rail foundation or concrete foundation of the tower crane shall be used only after the design is checked and accepted. The slope and drainage facilities shall be built around the foundation and a certain safe distance shall be kept from the foundation pit.

(2) The carrying capacity of the base soil of the tower crane shall be strictly in accordance with the original factory's use regulations or in accordance with the following requirements: the medium tower shall be 8 ~ 12t/㎡ and the heavy tower shall be 12 ~ 16t/㎡.
(3) The dismantling and installation of the tower crane must be carried out by the professional team which has obtained the qualification certificate issued by the administrative department of construction. During the dismantling and installation, technical and safety personnel shall be on the spot to supervise.
(4) Disassembly and assembly personnel should wear safety protection products, fasten safety belts when working at high places, be familiar with and earnestly implement disassembly and assembly process and operation rules.
(5) Jacking, installation and disassembly shall not be carried out when the wind force reaches above level 4. The connection of all parts of the hydraulic jacking system must be checked before jacking. Do not turn the boom and other operations during jacking.
(6) After the tower crane is installed, the technical inspection and adjustment of the whole machine shall be carried out. Only after passing the inspection of the whole machine by stages can it be delivered for use. Under no load condition, the deviation of perpendicularity between the tower and the ground shall not exceed 4/1000. The motor and hydraulic device parts of the tower crane shall be executed in accordance with the relevant provisions concerning the motor and hydraulic device.
(7) tower crane metal structure, track and all electrical equipment of metal shell should be reliable grounding device, grounding resistance should not be greater than 4 Ω, and should set up a lightning protection device.
(8) The strut layout, the mutual spacing and the wall distance of each attachment device shall be in accordance with the provisions of the original factory, and the self-made strut shall have a design calculation book.
(9) Tower cranes are not allowed to operate near overhead transmission lines. If it is limited to on-site conditions, safety protection measures must be taken when operating on the roadside. The safe distance between tower crane and overhead transmission line should be in accordance with the regulations.
