Tower crane foundation is the most fundamental guarantee for the safety of tower crane. The correct construction scheme can guarantee the safety of the whole tower crane work. The foundation soil for the installation and disassembly of tower crane shall be solid, and the foundation bearing capacity shall be ≥ 150kp / m2. The construction scheme of tower crane foundation shall be explained from nine aspects as follows:

1. Recheck and determine the position of concrete foundation of tower crane according to the provisions of general construction plan and plane positioning drawing of tower crane foundation. During the review of tower crane foundation, it is necessary to check whether the installation position of tower crane will conflict with the structure such as cornice and construction scaffold in the subsequent construction.
2. Clean the foundation construction site. All humus, construction waste and slag soil must be transported clean.
3. Defense line and mark out the foundation center line and geometric dimension.
4. Excavate the soil (to the original soil or the soil layer with the required bearing capacity) and compact the foundation. Level with level.
5. Install the formwork and reinforcement framework.

6. When installing the embedded parts (the foundation section of the tower body or the main steel or the anchor bolt of the tower body), use instruments to test to ensure that the position, elevation and perpendicularity of the embedded parts meet the requirements.
7. Pour concrete, the concrete strength grade shall not be lower than the design requirements, vibrate and maintain. The concrete surface must be plastered at any time, and the flatness shall meet the specified requirements. The concrete can not reach the design strength.
8. Slope and drainage measures shall be built around the concrete foundation.
9. During winter construction, pay attention to prevent the foundation soil layer from freezing, and lay linoleum and slag insulation layer. When pouring concrete, composite early strength antifreeze should be used.
