1. Constant amplitude and variable code test:

① at the maximum operating range RO, lift the rated lifting weight Qo at the normal operating speed, and the moment limiter shall not act, which may lift normally. When the load falls to the ground, it will rise at the slowest speed after loading to 110% Qo, the moment limiter shall act, the load cannot rise, and the alarm signal will be output.
② Take 0.7 times of the maximum rated lifting capacity (0.7qm), and repeat the ① test at the corresponding load allowable maximum working amplitude r0.7.
2. Code fixing and amplitude changing experiment:
① measure the maximum working amplitude RM, 0.8rm and 1.1rm corresponding to the maximum rated lifting capacity (QM) and mark them on the ground.

② when the maximum rated lifting capacity (QM) of hoisting at a small amplitude is about 1 m above the ground and the slowly luffing is between rm-1.1rm, the moment limiter shall act to block the power supply of outward luffing and hoisting circuit, and output the alarm signal.
Return, start from the new small amplitude, and change the amplitude outwards at the abnormal speed. When it reaches 0.8rm, it should be able to change the amplitude outwards at a low speed. When it is between rm-1.1rm, the moment limiter should act, cut off the power supply of the outward amplitude and lifting circuit, and output the alarm signal.
③ the maximum operating amplitude r0.5, 0.8r0.5 and 1.1r0.5 corresponding to 0.5 times of the maximum extra frontal component (0.5qm) shall be measured at no-load and marked on the ground.
④ repeat ② tests.
