Tower crane is a commonly used equipment in construction, tower crane motor is the power of tower crane, when tower crane motor failure will affect the normal use of tower crane, how to replace tower crane motor is particularly important.
1. The lifting wire rope is passed through the fixed pulley at the top of the holding rod, one end is placed on the hanging nose of the damaged motor, and the other end is placed vertically on the ground.
2. Turn the holding rod so that the holding rod is located above the motor, hang the reverse chain on the pendant ring of the forearm of the holding rod, and use the reverse chain to lift the motor upwards, exceeding the height of the tower suspension rail by not less than 30 cm.
3. Tighten the wire and tighten the other end of the wire with the backup motor on the ground.
4. Rotate the wall to make the faulty motor turn to the outside of the protective rail on the back wall, loosen the chain, and remove the hook from the ring.
5. In order to facilitate the lifting of the motor and prevent the motor from swinging during lifting, two hemp ropes are respectively attached to the two electrodes. There is one person on the back wall and the ground of the tower to pull the faulty motor to the ground, and the spare motor is raised to the holding rod.
6. Rotate the holding arm, and then use the reverse chain to slowly drop the spare motor to its original position, fix it, and complete the motor lift.
