Regulations on power consumption of tower crane:
1. The safe distance from the external power line shall meet the specification requirements.
2. For tower cranes with a tower body higher than 30m, red signal lights (red obstruction lights) shall be set at the top of the tower and the end of the boom. The tower crane that needs to work at night shall be equipped with a floodlight facing the working face.
3. Tower crane operators working near the strong electromagnetic wave shall wear insulating gloves and shoes, and take insulation isolation measures between the hook and the body, or hang temporary discharge device on the hook.
4. All kinds of limit protection devices of tower crane must be complete and reliable, the control device is sensitive, the control line laying is standard, and the protection connection is in place.
5. The power cable of tower crane shall be five core cable, which shall be laid along the insulator as shown in the figure.
6. The lightning protection and grounding protection of tower crane must be in place, and the welding shall be reliable and meet the specification requirements.
7. Tower crane power cables and other cables must be tied and laid along the insulator with 63 * 63 * 1500 square wood fixed butterfly insulator cables along the frame.
