In this paper, using the simulation module of the virtual prototype technology of the tower crane, the kinematic and dynamic simulation analysis of the working device of the hydraulic tower crane is an extremely effective method, which can fully tap the design potential, compare and evaluate the design schemes and optimize them in various design schemes, so as to obtain the reliable optimal design with good functions and effectively improve the analysis efficiency.




1. Since the tower crane construction machinery is a special vehicle, the operator shall receive the training and guidance of the manufacturer, have a full understanding of the structure and performance of the machine, and obtain certain operation and maintenance experience before operating the machine. The operation and maintenance manual provided by the tower crane manufacturer is the necessary data for the operator to operate the equipment. Before operating the machine, you must read the operation and maintenance manual first, and operate and maintain according to the requirements of the manual.


2. Pay attention to the working load during the running in period. Generally, the working load during the running in period shall not exceed 80% of the rated working load, and appropriate workload shall be arranged to prevent overheating caused by long-term continuous operation of the machine.

3. Pay attention to frequently observe the indication of each instrument. In case of any abnormality, stop the machine in time to eliminate it. Stop working before the cause is not found and the fault is not eliminated.


4. Pay attention to regularly check the lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel oil (water) level and quality of the construction elevator, and check the sealing of the whole machine. During the inspection, it was found that there was too much oil and water shortage, and the cause should be analyzed. At the same time, the lubrication of each lubricating point should be strengthened. It is recommended that during the running in period, each shift should add grease to the lubricating point (except for special requirements).


5. Keep the machine clean, adjust and fasten the loose parts in time, so as to prevent the parts from being worn or lost due to looseness.


6. At the end of the running in period, the machine shall be maintained forcibly, inspected and adjusted, and the oil shall be replaced.
