Fix the tower crane foundation - > install the standard section of the tower crane to 20m - > hoist the turret and cab of the tower cap - > hoist the balance arm and winch, distribution box, hoist a counterweight first - > hoist the jib and support system (including the trolley traction mechanism and trolley) - > hoist the remaining two counterweights through the relevant rope system - > check the mechanical parts, structural connection parts and Electrical Department of the whole machine Parts, etc. - > adjust all safety protection devices - > conduct test run.




Process standard requirements for tower crane installation




1. The tower crane must be well grounded to prevent lightning stroke (the multi stranded copper wire of no less than 10mm2 shall be connected by welding), and the grounding resistance value shall not be greater than 4 ohm.


2. After the installation of tower crane, the deviation of verticality between tower body and ground shall not exceed 3 / 1000 without load

3. The pre tightening force of connecting bolt and pin shaft of each component of tower crane shall meet the requirements. The values of hydraulic system, safety valve, electrical system protection device and other mechanism components shall meet the requirements.


4. The comprehensive error of the moment limiter shall not be greater than 8% of its rated value. When it exceeds the rated value, the moment limiter shall cut off the power supply in the direction of hook rising and amplitude increasing, and the arm mechanism can move in the direction of falling and amplitude decreasing.


5. Superelevation limiter: when the lifting height of the hook frame is not less than 1 m from the fixed pulley, the superelevation limiter shall be able to cut off the power supply in the lifting direction of the hook.


6. Luffing limiter: when the trolley travels to 0.5m from the end of the boom, it shall be able to cut off the power supply in the direction of the trolley.


7. After the installation of the tower crane is checked to be correct, no-load, static load and dynamic load tests must be carried out. The static load test lifting weight is 125% of the rated load, and the dynamic load test lifting weight is 110% of the rated load. The tower crane can be delivered for use only after passing the tests.


8. Other matters not mentioned shall be carried out according to the construction safety inspection standard (JGJ59-99) and the requirements of the tower crane operation manual.
