In many tower hoist leases, some lubrication of the equipment is required. Among them, the new forklift or the forklift after a long period of suspension of work, many operators, within two weeks of the start of use, lubricate the bearings that should be lubricated in accordance with the standard operating rules.
When lubricating, all the old oil should be squeezed out with the new oil and lubricated more than twice. At the same time, the following points should be noted:
1. Remove dirt on the oil cover, oil plug and oil mouth before lubrication to prevent dirt from falling into the mechanism.
2. When pressing lubricant with oil and grease, press the parts of each component to combine with extruding lubricant.
3. Seasonal lubricants(oil, etc.) should be replaced in summer or winter.
