Tower crane, with its towering posture, is carrying tons of goods for construction and transportation. However, how can a tower crane "lift" these heavy objects to a higher place? This has to start with the hydraulic system of the tower crane.

As we all know, tower crane is divided into the following parts: metal components, such as boom, tower body, turntable, pedestal, balance arm, underframe, tower tip, etc.; parts, such as steel wire rope, luffing trolley, pulley, slewing bearing, hook and brake, etc.; working mechanism, such as lifting mechanism, luffing mechanism, trolley traction mechanism, slewing mechanism and crane running mechanism (walking type) Safety devices, such as limit switch, overload protector, buffer stop device, wire rope anti falling device, anemometer, emergency safety switch, safety protection audio signal, etc., in addition, the hydraulic system of tower crane.




The main components in the hydraulic system of tower crane are hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, control element, oil pipe and pipe joint, oil tank and hydraulic oil filter, etc.




Among them, the tower crane hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor are the most complex parts of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic pump sucks the oil and transmits it to the hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor through the pipeline, while the hydraulic cylinder is the executive component of the hydraulic system. Hydraulic pump can be regarded as hydraulic and heart, which is the energy source of hydraulic. Most of the hydraulic pumps used in the hydraulic jacking system of the tower crane in China are cb-g gear pumps, with the code of CB non gear, and the fixed axial clearance and working pressure of 12. 5~16MPa.




The whole process of a hydraulic jack up can be divided into seven steps, which are:

1. Move the balance weight so that the tower body is not subject to the unbalanced moment, the boom is in place, the orientation is the same as that of the introduced track and locked, and lift a standard section of the tower body and place it on the ferry car;




2. jacking up;




3. The positioning pin is in place and locked, and the piston rod is lifted to form an introduction space in the jacket;




4. Import standard section;




5. Lift the standard section and push out the ferry car;




6. Make the standard section in place and install the connecting bolts;




7. Lift up slightly, pull out the positioning lock to make the transition joint and the tower crane body connected together.
