The tower cranes on the construction site are assembled section by section. The length (or height) of each section is generally 6-10 meters. When assembling, pull up the first section by hand or by winch with rope. First, pull up the first section with the ground as the fulcrum and fix it on the ground. Then, hang up the rope on the top according to the cooperation between the upper pulley and the lower pulley and pull up the lower end of the second section. Wear the rotating shaft with the upper end of the first section to ensure that it can not fall down and can rotate to make this section vertical. Then install the holding rod on the top (use steel pipe Put a rope on the upper pulley and pull it down to tie the upper end of the second section. Then take the upper end of the first section as the fulcrum and pull up the upper end of the second section. Fix the two heads with bolts and tighten them. Then use the same method to pull up the third section and the fourth section in turn until they are all pulled up and assembled. Each section of the tower crane is welded with angle steel, and the weight of one section is not too heavy, so it can be pulled up by 89 people, and the reasonable design of pulley block is an important measure to reduce the tension.

Lifting principle of tower crane:
I. installation of tower crane base frame and tower crane foundation section
1. Install the underframe on the concrete foundation, level the underframe with a level gauge, and tighten the foundation bolts.
2. Install the foundation joint (black) and lift the foundation joint on the underframe (pay attention to that one side of the step on the foundation joint should be perpendicular to the infrastructure), fix it with bolts, and correct the perpendicularity of the four sides of the foundation joint by 90 degrees.
3. Install the first standard section, lift the first standard section on the foundation section, tighten the bolts (note that the step side of the standard section should be aligned with the foundation section, and so on for the installation of the following standard section), and cut it.
II. Installation of jacket
Set up the jacket and put it into the standard section, and lift the jack without pump (pay attention to the side with oil cylinder on the jacket and the side with step on the tower).
III. installation of tower cap and slewing ring
1. Install the upper and lower supports, slewing mechanism and slewing bearing.
2. The slewing ring can be hoisted together with the jacket or separately, and the bolts shall be fastened after it is in place.
3. When installing the tower cap, pay attention that the inclined side of the tower cap is on the same side as the boom, and fasten it with bolts and locks.
4. Install the cab.
IV. installation of tower crane balance arm
1. First assemble all parts on the ground, check the safety acceptance, then hoist and install the balance weight, and place it parallel to the building.
2. Connect the balance arm rail as a whole and bind it.
3. Level the balance arm, raise it, and pin the root and tower cap.
4. Continue to lift the truck crane and lift the tail of the balance arm to a certain angle.
5. Pull up the tie rod, level the balance arm and lift a counterweight.
V. installation of tower crane boom

1. The boom is integrated on the ground.
2. Install the trolley and tie it, assemble the pull rod and tie it.
3. Lift the boom in parallel, and pin the boom root to the tower boom.
4. Continue to lift the truck crane and lift the end of the boom to a certain angle.
5. Level the lifting arm with the upper pull rod and complete the counterweight.
Vi. power connection

3. Connect all electrical circuits, power on after checking and running in.
VII. Tower crane lifting
1. Check all joints of oil pipe and conduct air cylinder test without oil leakage, and remove air and water in oil circuit.
2. Lift a standard section and turn the boom to the direction of the standard section access door.
3. Drop the pin shafts at both ends of the cross beam of the oil cylinder into the support plate of the standard section, start the oil pump to jack up the upper structure, and support the climbing claws of the jack up jacket on the jack up support plate.
4. Joystick, retract the piston and climb again.
5. Introduce the standard section, operate the drop of the longitudinal oil cylinder, and fasten the standard section with the tower body and slewing bearing with bolts.
6. Repeatedly operate to the working height
7. After the tower crane is jointed, all guide wheels on the jacket shall be pressed against the outer surface of the main chord of the tower body and the tightening of high-strength bolts between the joints of the standard section of the tower body shall be checked.
IV. installation and commissioning
After the installation of the tower crane, the safety mechanisms and parameters of the tower crane shall be adjusted and tested. The main contents are as follows:
1. The moment limiter, super high limit, amplitude limit and rotation limit must be sensitive and effective.
2. The safety reel of hook must be complete and reliable.
3. The grounding resistance of tower crane must be less than 4.
4. The verticality of the tower body must be less than 3 / 1000 of the height of the tower body.
