1. Tower crane specification foundation inspection: check the tower foundation concrete pressure test report, and organize the tower crane installation after the concrete reaches the design strength. The horizontal error of the upper surface of the concrete tower base shall not be greater than 0.5mm. The concrete tower base shall be 150 mm higher than the natural ground, and good drainage measures shall be taken. It is strictly prohibited to accumulate water in the tower base.
2. Carefully inspect all parts of the specification of the tower crane, structural welds, bolts, pin shafts, guide wheels, steel wire ropes, hooks, lifting appliances, lifting hydraulic climbing system, electrical equipment, etc., and timely solve any problems found.
3. Check the tower crane switch box and power supply line to ensure safe power supply during operation. Check whether the technical performance of the machines and tools installed and used is good, check whether the safety protection articles installed and used meet the requirements, solve the problems immediately if found, and ensure the safety of the machines and tools and safety protection articles installed and used in the installation process.
4. During the installation of tower crane, the site must be kept clean and orderly, so as not to hinder the operation and affect the safety. Set up the warning line in the operation area, and assign a special person to be responsible for the warning, so as to prevent irrelevant personnel from entering the installation site of the tower crane.
5. The installation of tower crane must be carried out in the daytime, and should avoid rainy, windy and foggy weather. If the weather changes suddenly during the operation, the operation should be stopped.
6. The personnel participating in the installation and demolition of tower crane must be specially trained by the labor department, and take the post with certificate after passing the examination. The personnel participating in the installation and dismantling of tower crane must wear safety helmet, safety belt, antiskid shoes and work clothes. During the operation, unified command and action coordination are required to prevent accidents.
7. Anti collision measures for tower crane operation. The minimum erection distance between the tower and the tower shall ensure that the minimum distance between the end of the tower crane arm at the low position and the tower body of another tower crane is not less than 2m, and the minimum distance between the tower crane at the high position (the hook rises to the highest point) and the tower crane at the low position is not less than 2m in any case in the vertical direction.
