Article 2 the tower crane must be operated by professional personnel with certificate. Non driver personnel are not allowed to operate. During the operation, special personnel shall be assigned for command. When the driver is drunk or sick, he is not allowed to operate.
Article 3 before operation, the track shall be checked to ensure that it is straight and free from subsidence, the track bolts are not loose, the obstacles on the track shall be removed, the clamping rail shall be loosened and fixed upward, the key point of inspection is that the rotating mechanism shall be normal, the connecting bolts at the main parts shall not be loose, the wear of the steel wire rope and the winding pulley shall meet the requirements.
Article 4 safety protection devices such as luffing indicator, moment limiter and various travel limit switches of the crane must be complete, sensitive and reliable, and shall not be adjusted or removed at will. It is strictly prohibited to replace the control mechanism with limit devices.
Article 5 no load operation shall be carried out before lifting, and brake and safety limiter of traveling, slewing, hoisting, luffing and other mechanisms shall be checked. Protective devices, etc. shall not be operated until they are confirmed to be normal.
Article 6 when operating each controller, it is required to operate step by step, and it is forbidden to operate beyond the gear. When changing the running direction, the controller shall be turned to the zero position. After the motor stops rotating, the controller shall be turned to the other direction. During operation, the force shall be stable. It is strictly prohibited to start and stop in an emergency.
Article 7 during operation, the windows of the cab shall be opened, the command signals shall be paid attention to, and the cab shall be equipped with fire and electric shock prevention safety measures.

Article 8 during lifting operation, no one is allowed to stay or pass under the heavy object, and it is forbidden to overload or lift the object with unknown weight.
Article 9 when lifting heavy objects, the binding shall be stable and firm. It is not allowed to pull or lift the objects obliquely. It is not allowed to lift the objects buried in the soil or frozen on the ground. It is not allowed to stack or hang the sporadic objects on the heavy objects. The sporadic materials and objects must be fixed with silk cage or steel wire rope before lifting.
Article 10 for hoisting in rainy days, trial hoisting shall be carried out first, and operation can only be carried out after confirming that the brake is sensitive and reliable.
Article 11 when there are articles hanging in the air, the driver and the rigger shall not leave their posts.
Article 12 when the crane moves to the limit switch close to the track, it shall slow down to the stop position in advance, and the distance between the hook and the top of the boom shall not be less than m.
Article 13 when working with multiple machines, the operating distance of each machine shall be kept. The distance of the hanging weight on the hook of each machine shall not be less than 3m.
Article 14 operation shall be stopped in case of strong wind or heavy rain, heavy fog or thunderstorm above level 6.
Article 15 after the completion of the operation, the tower crane shall be parked in the middle of the track, the hook and trolley shall be moved to the root of the boom, the boom shall not be too high, and it is necessary to turn to the air source, loosen the rotary brake, clamp the rail clamp and cut off the power supply.
Article 16 the driver must carefully record the use, repair, maintenance and shift handover of the crane, regularly repair and maintain the machinery, and do a good job in the equipment "cross" operation (cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, fastening and anti-corrosion).
Article 17 the jack up tower crane shall also comply with the following provisions:

(1) (return) when lifting objects, the balance center of gravity must be moved to the specified position.
(2) the special elevator is limited to 3 people at a time. When the boom is rotating or lifting, it is forbidden to start the elevator.
(3) before jacking, it is necessary to check the connection of all parts of the hydraulic jacking system, adjust the gap between the roller of the climbing frame and the tower body, and then loosen the cable, whose length is slightly greater than the jacking height, and fasten the cable drum.
(4) the lifting operation must be directed by a specially assigned person. Non operators are not allowed to board the operation platform of the lifting jacket. Only one person is allowed to operate in the operation room and strictly obey the signal command.
(5) during jacking, the lifting trolley and counterweight shall be moved close to the tower cap, and the boom and balance arm shall be in balance state, the rotating part shall be braked, and the rotating boom and other operations are strictly prohibited.
(6) when the tower is lifted to the specified height, the tower body must be attached to the upper part of the building to continue to be lifted.
(7) after jacking, all connecting bolts shall be tightened according to the specified force distance, the climbing jacket roller shall be in good agreement with the tower body, the left and right control levers shall be in the middle position, and the power supply of the hydraulic jacking mechanism shall be cut off.
Article 18 crawler tower crane shall also comply with the following provisions:
(1) the ground must be flat and solid. When the crane is working, driving or parking, it should keep a safe distance from the ditch and foundation pit, and should not park on the slope. Before operation, the left and right track shoes should be extended.
(2) the tower body shall be erected slowly, and the front of the track shall be padded with iron wedge. When the tower body reaches 90 degrees, the anti roll device shall be loose, and the tower body shall not collide with the anti roll device.
(3) it is strictly prohibited to walk with load. The tower body shall be slightly tilted forward when walking without load. During driving, it is not allowed to turn sharply or rotate the upper body. If the turning radius is too small, it is required to turn in several times. When going downhill, it is strictly prohibited to slide in neutral.
(4) after the operation, put down the tower body and lock the rotating mechanism.
