1. The foundation bearing capacity of tower crane shall not be lower than the ground endurance value specified in the technical requirements of tower foundation drawing.
2. The pouring position of the tower crane foundation shall be convenient for the installation and disassembly of the tower crane and avoid all kinds of big obstacles.
3. The inclination of the horizontal plane formed by the four fixations of the tower crane foundation is not more than 1 / 1000.
4. Tower crane foundation shall be free of displacement and collapse. Drainage measures shall be taken around the foundation without ponding. The grounding pile shall be driven down as required.
5. The foundation pouring of tower crane shall avoid the backfilling soil section as far as possible. If not, effective measures shall be taken to make the bearing capacity of the foundation meet the requirements.
6. When the tower crane foundation is poured on the foundation, the bottom surface of the foundation shall be flat or slightly lower than the foundation pit. The soil quality and ground endurance of the foundation shall be known in advance. If there are hidden rivers, quicksand and sludge around the foundation, effective measures shall be taken to make the bearing capacity of the foundation meet the requirements.

7. If the tower crane foundation is poured at the side of the foundation pit, the retaining system of the foundation pit or the underground continuous wall of the foundation pit, effective measures shall be taken to strengthen the retaining around the foundation and prevent the uneven settlement of the foundation, so as to ensure that the foundation does not collapse, displace or tilt.
8. When the tower crane foundation is placed on the natural foundation far away from the foundation pit, the ground endurance of the foundation shall meet the specified requirements, and the foundation shall be compacted after proper excavation.
