132HC Mast Section Inspection before tower crane installation
Tower crane is an indispensable mechanical equipment in construction. In order to better ensure the smooth construction, the inspection work before the tower crane installation is particularly important.
1. Review the basic shape of the tower crane to check its conformity with the installation plan and the application of the copy request.
2. Check whether the acceptance materials for the basic concealment project are complete, including concrete test block lectures, checking the strength level of concrete, and whether the acceptance procedures meet the requirements.
3. Check the steel structure of the tower crane that arrived at the scene to check for major corrosion, deformation and cracks. Steel structures that are not in place for transfer or that cause damage during transportation can not be installed.
4. Check the lifting mechanism, rotary folding mechanism, changing amplitude mechanism, hydraulic lifting mechanism, electrical system, etc.. Check whether the transfer field maintenance, hydraulic oil, gear oil, smooth oil is in place, distribution box, wire, cable is in good condition.
5. Check the parts of wire rope, wire rope clip, screw sleeve, fastener, pulley, etc., and can not install the parts with defects or damage.
