The crane (tower crane) shall be inspected, maintained and maintained frequently. The transmission part shall be provided with sufficient lubricating oil. The vulnerable parts must be inspected, maintained or replaced frequently. The bolts of the machinery, especially the parts frequently vibrated, such as the connecting bolts of the tower body, shall be inspected for looseness. If they are loose, they must be tightened or replaced.
1.1 maintenance of mechanical equipment
1.2 the brake of each mechanism shall be checked and adjusted frequently to ensure flexibility and reliability. On the friction surface, there should be no dirt. In case of dirt, it must be washed off with gasoline or thinner.
1.3 the lubrication and hydraulic oil of reducer, gearbox, external gear and other parts shall be carried out according to the requirements in the lubrication table.
1.4 pay attention to check whether the wire rope of each part is broken or loose. If it exceeds the relevant regulations, it must be replaced immediately. The maintenance of wire rope shall be in strict accordance with gb5144-85.
1.5 all open gear drives must be equipped with protective covers.
1.6 check the connection of each part frequently, and tighten it if it is loose. The tightness of the connecting bolts of the tower body shall be checked when the tower body is under pressure (the method of rotating arm can be used to cause the pressure state). All connecting shafts must have split pins and be fully opened.
1.7 check the operation of each mechanism regularly for normal operation and noise. If any fault is found, it must be eliminated in time.
1.8 when installing, disassembling and adjusting the slewing mechanism, pay attention to ensure that the center line of the reducer of the slewing mechanism is parallel to the center line of the gear, its meshing surface is not less than 70%, and the meshing clearance is suitable.
II. Maintenance of hydraulic climbing system
2.1 refuel and change oil in strict accordance with the regulations in the lubrication table, and clean the inside of the oil tank.
2.2 after the pressure of the relief valve is adjusted, it is not allowed to change at will. Before each climb, the oil pressure gauge shall be used to check whether the pressure is normal.
2.3 regularly check whether the pipe joints of all parts are tight and free of oil leakage.
2.4 oil filter should check regularly whether there is any blockage and check whether the adjustment value of the safety valve is changed after use.

2.5 oil pump, oil cylinder and control valve shall be repaired in time in case of oil leakage.
2.6 when starting the oil pump for the first time after the general assembly and overhaul, first check whether the inlet and outlet are connected reversely, whether the rotation direction is correct, and whether the oil suction pipeline leaks air, then test run by hand, and finally start and test run within the specified speed.
2.7 when starting in winter, start and stop several times, and use it formally after oil temperature rises and control valve moves flexibly.
III. maintenance of metal structure
3.1 try to prevent deformation and collision damage of components during transportation.
3.2 during use, regular maintenance and repair must be carried out to prevent rust.
3.3 frequently check whether the structural connecting bolts, welds and components are damaged, deformed and loose.
3.4 spray paint once every 1 year.
IV. maintenance of electrical system

4.1 check all wires and cables regularly for damage. Bandage and replace damaged parts in time.
4.2 stop the motor in time in case of overheating, and continue to operate after troubleshooting. The motor bearing shall be well lubricated.
4.3 the contact surface of each part of the brush shall be kept clean, and the brush pressure shall be adjusted so that the contact area is not less than 50%.
4.4 the control boxes and distribution boxes shall be kept clean and the dust on the electrical equipment shall be cleaned in time.
4.5 the contact opening and closing of the travel switch of each safety device must be reliable, and the contact crater shall be polished in time.
4.6 measure the protective grounding resistance twice a year (spring and Autumn) to ensure that it is not more than 4 ohms.
V. regulations on maintenance time of tower crane
5.1 daily maintenance (every shift).
5.2 after 1000 hours of tower crane operation, carry out minor repair on mechanical and electrical systems.
5.3 after the tower crane works for 4000 hours, the mechanical and electrical systems shall be subject to medium maintenance.
5.4 after 8000 hours of tower crane operation, overhaul the mechanical and electrical systems.
